The ability of a venture to maximize its value relies on its ability to combine the components of its business model in a perfectly orchestrated manner, thereby optimizing its competitive position and ability to retain long-term, sustainable profitability and/ or achieve attractiveness to strategic acquirers. Further, understanding the lifecycle of a venture has a dramatic effect, as the relationship between the factors and their characteristics will change over time. Our role is to assist in the design, fine-tuning and implementation of this orchestration.

Strategic Models provides a complete framework of financial, managerial, operative and strategic infrastructure for bringing a technology-driven product to market. For example, we bring a multi-disciplinary approach to technology life-cycle management, from as early as its conception as possible, leveraging our broad industry experience, so all critical inputs are incorporated into the product specifications and product marketing plan before investing heavily in design and development, thereby reducing risks of product redesign, delays in approvals or supply, rejection by the market or loss of precious time, money and opportunity.

From conception to the next generation, a product life-cycle needs to be managed in an inter-disciplinary process, with active participants from different fields, to ensure that the resulting product offering meets the requirements of all market constituencies, such as regulators, payers, providers and patients, as well as the different corporate stakeholders.
